On the 31st May, I was messing around, when I made these delicious creations. These are so easy. No ovens (except melting butter) and quick.
Ingredients
- 6 Digestive biscuits
- 3 tbsp butter (for a crumbly one) or 6 tbsp butter (for a sturdier one
- 3 tsp cocoa powder
- a few raisins and oats
- 2 heaped tbsp icing sugar
- water
- food colouring (optional)
- fruit mentos/vegan marshmallows (optional)
Method
- Crush the digestives, leaving some lumps. Mix in cocoa powder, oats, and raisins.]
- Melt the butter and pour into the mix.
- Put the mix in cake cases, preferably reusable (rubber) ones. Squash down, and put in the fridge.
- While in the fridge, get the icing sugar and mix with a few drops of water, till you get icing. Mix in a drop of food colouring.
- After a few hours take biscuits out of the fridge and ice. Put mento/marshmallow on top.
- Enjoy!
